I was asked to write up the sequences for Sportsman and Intermediate. I have them attached in case anyone is interested.
I am sure there is an error somewhere, so if you see one let me know, I will correct and repost.
Edit: I have corrected 7/8 loop in Q-Loop and no centering in spin.
