Dear southeast members.
Before you schedule a contest on the IMAC site, PLEASE, take the time to write details for the contest. A small invitation write up of the club, dates, cost, club amenities, are you offering any meals for the pilots, morning meeting times.
The novice class has to be offered.
Take the time to review the contest standards here.

A flyer is a great way to promote the event and a good place to add all the information on it also. Look at the SMFC SE vs NE event and use it as a guide.
I would like a minimum of at least the details done before I approve the contest for registration.
