    IMAC Flying JUDGING SCHOOL

Dear IMAC friends, I want to try something different for an IMAC judging School. I hope that this will promote more participation. I have been doing this for a long time and I understand the struggle of attending a class and listening to RC plane nerds all day. The struggle is a real, but necessary one to continue to improve our judging abilities.

    IDEA: IMAC FLYING JUDGING SCHOOL

It will run like a normal contest, all classes NO SCORING. We will focus on this year’s known sequences, each maneuver for each class starting with Basic and working our way up. So, if you bring your plane you fly. (IMAC FLYING JUDGING SCHOOL) You get to fly AND you learn how to judge. Best of both worlds.
We’ll spend the major part of a weekend contest judging known sequences, I truly believe if we spend the time studying the knowns, judging will be much easier and the amount of errors caught by judges will be higher.
In essence, this will be considered an advanced judging school, PLEASE! Do not let the word advanced scare you, everyone is welcome. We can always take away something helpful.

    Prerequisite:
Attendees must have been to a judging school, or at minimum completed the online school.
If you have not been to a judging school, and want to attend, I highly recommend completing the on-line Judging School: http://www.mini-iac.org/Education

Please take the time to take the assessment quizzes and email the results to me so that I can address the incorrect answers with you in a one on one manner, this will keep things a little private. (IT IS OK, NOT KNOWING SOMETHING).

I want a minimum of 15 fully committed pilots to sign up for this, not including the instructors. If we do not I will cancel the School. It takes a tremendous amount of time and effort to put this together. I would very much appreciate your support, not just for me but also for IMAC.
I will also ask that you prepay the cost of the class, NON-REFUNDABLE. I will be collecting the payment.

COST: $40 Per Pilot, $10 for Rulebook, $5 for inserts.
Location, Heath Green Sky Ranch, Hinesville GA.
    Thank you,
    Primo Rivera - Regional Director
