Location: Dinneen Field, 5770 Africa Rd, Galena, OH 43021

We have a beautiful flying site with 1000ft. x 150 ft. well groomed smooth grass runway with no obstructions. This is a great event for pilots wanting to try IMAC for the first time. Several experienced IMAC competitors will be available to provide training and flying tips for anyone that is interested in learning how to improve their precision aerobatic flying.

We will be flying the ALTERNATE SEQUENCES due to no overfly over the dam.

    Entry Fee: $50 ($20 IMAC member discount = $30)
Novice Class on Saturday – FREE Entry
All pilots must be a member of the AMA

    SCHEDULE
Friday after 1pm – Field open for practice

    Saturday
    8am Registration Opens
    8:45am Pilots Meeting
9:00am Flying starts – 4 rounds of Known sequences (weather permitting)

    Sunday
    8:45am Pilots Meeting
9am Flying starts – 1 round of unknowns, 1 round of knowns

Note: If the total number of contest entries is small (less than 10 pilots), this contest will be run as a 1 day contest on Saturday. If that happens, we will fly 2 rounds of knowns, 1 round of unknowns, and then another round of knowns on Saturday. The unknowns would be handed out when flying begins on Saturday. If we have a large turnout, the contest will be run as a traditional 2 day event.

Directions: WMAA Club Field located at the base of Alum Creek Lake Dam. Field is located approximately 15 miles north of downtown Columbus, OH.
